VNACJ Services

VNACJ provides a full range of home health services including nursing, rehabilitative therapies, certified home health aide care, palliative care, telehealth, IV therapy, medical social work and private duty care. Specialized programs include ostomy, wound, respiratory and cardiac care as well as joint replacement services, diabetes, geriatric and pediatric care.

The VNACJ certified hospice program was one of the first in the region. Community-based programs support people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay and include case management for long-term care, senior wellness, bereavement counseling, immunization programs, mobile outreach, special child health services and early intervention, primary care, supplemental nutrition programs, school-based health services and volunteer programs.
